Dr Rasha Rahman
Adult ADHD & General Psychiatry

Dr Rasha Rahman is a General Adult Psychiatrist with experience across private practice, public outpatient services, and refugee mental health. Alongside her private work, she holds a consultant role in a public outpatient clinic and brings a strong interest in working with individuals from diverse and complex backgrounds.

Dr Rahman is known for her collaborative and compassionate approach to care, with a strong emphasis on patient-centred practice and shared decision-making. She values creating a safe, respectful space where patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment.

She holds a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from Monash University and a Master of Psychiatry from the University of Melbourne. Dr Rahman completed her specialist training through Alfred Health and St Vincent’s Hospital. She has undertaken additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
