When you refer to our service, you can expect:

Consistent, high-quality care;
An excellent patient experience, with a strong focus on helping the patient feel at ease during the interview.

A responsive approach to GPs, aiming to collaborate to obtain the best outcome for the patient.
Appointments are offered promptly.
Comprehensive reports are sent back to the GP shortly after the patient is seen.

We offer an initial MBS Item 291 assessment, a detailed treatment plan for the GP, and a follow-up appointment once a year; however, we do not provide ongoing care.
